If any distribution commencement date described under Paragraph (A) of this Section 6.01, either by Plan provision or by Participant election (or nonelection), is later than the Participant's Required Beginning Date, the Advisory Committee instead must direct the Trustee to make distribution on the Participant's Required Beginning Date, subject to the transitional election, if applicable, under Section 6.03(D).

It shall be unlawful for any person or any servant, agent or employee of any person, described in Paragraph A above, to ask, indicate or transmit, orally or in writing, directly or indirectly, the race, color, creed or religious affiliation of any person employed or seeking employment from such person, firm or corporation.
