Redeveloper’s Remedies Sample Clauses

Redeveloper’s Remedies. If the Borough shall fail to timely cure any Event of Default by Borough as set forth in Section 7.1, Redeveloper shall be entitled, in its sole and absolute discretion, to terminate this Agreement and/or seek any other remedies available to it at law or equity.

Redeveloper’s Remedies. Except as otherwise provided with regard to Dispute Resolution in Article XIX below, in case of an Event of Default by the Township the Redeveloper may: (i) terminate this Agreement; (ii) seek contract damages by reason of such Event of Default or to seek to have the provisions hereof specifically enforced as described in Section 18.3.1 hereof, or both; and (iii) seek consequential damages to the extent that such Event of Default by the Township adversely impacts the Redevelopment Project.
Redeveloper’s Remedies. If the default consists of the Agency's failure to perform any covenant required by the terms of this Agreement, in addition to any other remedies Redeveloper may have, Redeveloper may terminate this Agreement.
