Common use of Redevelopment Agreement Clause in Contracts

Redevelopment Agreement. The City, Redeveloper and Property Owner entered into that certain Redevelopment Agreement dated as of this even date, describing the Redeveloper Public Improvements being made on behalf of the City in the Redevelopment Project Area and the Private Improvements being made to real property currently owned by the Property Owner and eventually by the Redeveloper in the City of Lincoln, Nebraska, as more particularly described as Xxxx 0-0, Xxxxx 00, Xxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxx of Lincoln, Lancaster County, Nebraska (“Project Site”).
