Time/Dates. Time is of the essence of this Agreement. If any date in this Agreement for the delivery of any document or the happening of any event should, under the terms hereof, fall on a weekend or holiday, then such date shall be automatically extended to the next succeeding weekday that is not a holiday.
Time/Dates. Time is and shall be of the essence of this Agreement. All references to the "date of this Agreement" shall be deemed to refer to the later of the date of Buyer's or Seller's execution of this Agreement. If any time period or deadline set forth in this Agreement falls on a Saturday, Sunday or federal banking holiday, such time period or deadline shall be extended until the next succeeding business day.
Time/Dates. Time is of the essence of this Contract. If the last day of a time period falls on a weekend or holiday, the period will be extended to include the next business day.
Time/Dates. Subject to the parties’ adjournment rights set forth herein, Time shall be of the essence in all matters under this Agreement; provided, however, that if the date for the performance of any act hereunder falls on a day that is not a Business Day, then the time for performance thereof shall be deemed extended to the next successive Business Day.
Time/Dates. Any space which has been reserved and not occupied by 3:00 PM on March 23, 2019 voids this agreement unless an extension is granted by the Fair Director. All trailers, tents, displays, etc. must remain intact until the close of the fair. Vendor booths must be open when the Fair opens and remain open until Fair closes. Failure to operate during fair hours will result in forfeiture of space without refund.
