Redistribution of Advances. The Administrator may, with the consent of the Producer, redistribute any Advance(s) among Related Producers in order to maximize any interest-free benefits. Consent is hereby provided by virtue of the Producer’s execution of this Agreement and the Declaration provided herein. Any redistribution of any Advance pursuant to this provision shall not be retroactive but shall take effect on the day the change is made by the Administrator. The Administrator will notify affected the Producer and any effected Related Producers of the of the resulting changes to any Advances.
