Reduced California and Nevada Funding After. First 10 Years Commencing no later than year 11 of the Program, the Southern Nevada Water Authority and The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California shall each have credited against their funding obligation for each quarterly payment over 20 years an amount equal to one-half of the Quarterly Additional Arizona Amount for that quarter calculated pursuant to section 8.3.3 of this Agreement.
