REDUCTION IN LICENSED NON-CLASSROOM PERSONNEL. A. In cases requiring a reduction of the Licensed Non-Classroom Personnel work force, the Board will decide in which areas and programs/services the reductions shall be made. A change in assignment resulting from a reduction/layoff of Licensed Non-Classroom Personnel unit member(s) is not considered a transfer within the meaning of Article 11, D, nor are the positions to which Licensed Non-Classroom Personnel unit members are assigned or reassigned as a result of such a reduction/layoff considered to be vacancies within the meaning of Article 11, A.
