REDUCTION IN PRICES. If an award is made, the Contractor agrees, should prices be reduced to the general trade during the term of the agreement, the College shall receive the benefit of such reduction immediately upon effect. It shall be incumbent upon the Contractor to notify the College of such price reductions.
