Common use of Reduction of Maximum Annual Commitment Clause in Contracts

Reduction of Maximum Annual Commitment. If the Contract Rents are reduced pursuant to paragraph (f)(3) of this section, the maximum Contract commitment (and the maxi- mum ACC commitment, in the case of Private-Owner/PHA projects) will be reduced. If Contract Rents are reduced based on certification after Contract execution, any overpayment since the effective date of the Contract will be recovered from the Owner by the CA.
