Reduction of Specialists. 16.1 In the event it becomes necessary to reduce the number of specialists through lay-off, specialists with the least seniority in the District will be laid off first, provided there are remaining certified (licensed or approved, as applicable) and equally qualified Specialists to replace the laid off Specialists.
