REDUNDANCY AND LAY. OFF‌ 25.01 “Redundancy”, as it pertains to this Article, means cessation of a position(s) because of a reduction in force, lack of work, the discontinuance of a function or a facility of the University; however, “redundancy” may not necessarily result in a “lay-off”.
