Reestablishment of Damages. City reserves the right to reassess its costs from time to time in connection with taking the foregoing actions (or in connection with other actions that City takes to enforce this Agreement) and to reestablish the amount of the foregoing liquidated damages, or implement additional liquidated damages, based on City’s cost increases.
