Common use of REFERENCE CLAUSE Clause in Contracts

REFERENCE CLAUSE. All ratified agreements on terms and conditions of professional service as set forth in this Master Collective Bargaining Agreement will be included, by reference, in the individual contracts of all professional employees in the bargaining unit.
