Common use of REFERENCE CLAUSE Clause in Contracts

REFERENCE CLAUSE. SECTION A: The provision set forth in this agreement shall be made a part of the teachers’ individual comprehensive contract, with the same force and effect as though fully set forth therein. SECTION B: This agreement may be altered, changed, added to, deleted from or modified during the period of this agreement only through professional negotiations procedures under K.S.A.72-5413, et seq. SECTION C: All policies governing employees of the Northeast Kansas Education Service Center shall be governed by rules and regulations set by the Board. Any policy, practice or negotiated agreement in violation of the state and federal laws and/or hearings shall be null and void.
