Reference in the Definitive Certificates to Supplemental Agreements. If Xxxxxx Xxx shall so determine, a new Definitive Certificate so modified as to conform, in the opinion of Xxxxxx Mae, to any such Supplemental Agreement may be prepared and executed by Xxxxxx Xxx and authenticated and made available by the Certificate Registrar in exchange for the outstanding Definitive Certificate.
