Reference Library. The Board and Association mutually recognize the importance of continuous use of teaching reference material in maintaining a high level of professional performance. In furtherance of that recognition, the Board shall strive to provide a teacher reference library in each school in the district and include texts which are reasonably requested by members of that school.

Reference Library. A professional reference library will be maintained in the District. Reference materials reasonably needed for the library, as mutually agreed to by the employees, administrators, and the Board, will be provided within the limits of the District budget.
Reference Library. The District and the Association mutually recognize the importance of continuous use of adequate teaching reference material in maintaining a high level of professional performance. In furtherance of that recognition, the Board shall develop or cause to be developed a reference library. Items to be contained in the library shall include catalogs; periodicals, old, current and new textbooks; courses of studies for each grade level by subject matter; and new complementary textbooks.
Reference Library. Contractor will create a reference library within the LMS. Contractor will migrate current references to Contractor’s LMS. Contractor will provide written instructions for IURC staff to add and remove references. Contractor is not responsible for creating reference materials or securing copyrights.
Reference Library. The Board agrees to establish a central reference library at the High School for grades seven through twelve and at Hillcrest Elementary for grades K through 6. The Library Department Head shall be responsible for maintaining a master list of available materials on the Common (X) drive of the District’s computer system. This list will be updated annually. Each year in February, the Library Department Head will solicit recommendations from faculty to prepare a list of items to be considered for purchase in the following fiscal year. The Department Head will then meet with the Assistant Superintendents to determine the items to be purchased. All books and periodicals shall become the property of the Board. Funds shall be allotted at $7.50 per bargaining unit member and pro-rated between the elementary and secondary levels based on the number of members at each level.
Reference Library. The Board shall provide a general Employee reference library in a district building to be designated. If the district changes the location of the reference library, the Association will be notified in writing prior to the change being made.
