In case of early part-commissioning, till SCD, subject to the consent for such purchase by the Buying Utility, SECI may purchase the generation @ 75% (seventy-five per cent) of the PPA tariff. However, in case the entire Project capacity is commissioned prior to SCD, SECI may purchase energy supplied till SCD at [Insert Tariff]/kWh. In both the cases of early part or full commissioning of the Project, the Applicable Tariff for the commissioned Project shall be [Insert Tariff]/kWh from and including the SCD.

Health and Safety Provisions The Employer shall continue to make and enforce provisions for the occupational health, safety, and security of employees. The Employer will respond to suggestions on the subject from the Union and the parties undertake to consult with a view to adopting and expeditiously carrying out reasonable procedures and techniques designed or intended to prevent or reduce the risk of employment injury and employment-related chronic illness.
