Applicable Tariff definition

Applicable Tariff. Shall have the same meaning as provided for in Article 9 of this Agreement;
Applicable Tariff means the Base Tariff and, to the extent applicable, the Incentive Tariff.
Applicable Tariff. Transporter's FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1, as the same may be amended or superseded from time to time ("the Tariff").

More Definitions of Applicable Tariff

Applicable Tariff means the tariff applicable for supply of electricity by the licensee to the consumer in accordance with relevant Schedule of tariff as per tariff order of the Commission;
