Upon the Amendment Effective Date each reference in the Commercialisation and Supply Agreement to “this Agreement,” “hereunder,” “hereof,” “herein” or words of similar import shall mean and be a reference to the Commercialisation and Supply Agreement as supplemented hereby.   • Reference to and Effect on the Credit Agreement (a) Upon the effectiveness hereof, on and after the date hereof, each reference in the Credit Agreement to “this Agreement,” “hereunder,” “hereof,” “herein,” or words of like import, shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby. (b) Except as specifically amended by this Amendment, the Credit Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and is hereby ratified and confirmed.

  • Reference to and Effect on the Loan Agreement Except as expressly provided herein, the Loan Agreement and all other Loan Documents shall remain unmodified and in full force and effect and are hereby ratified and confirmed. This Amendment shall constitute a Loan Document within the definition thereof in the Credit Agreement.

  • Supply Agreement Seller and Buyer, or their Affiliates, shall have executed the Supply Agreement.

  • Effect on Agreement Except as specifically required to implement the purposes of this Addendum, or to the extent inconsistent with a material term of this Addendum, all other terms of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

  • Reference to the Effect on the Credit Agreement Upon the effectiveness of this Agreement, each reference in the Credit Agreement to “this Agreement,” “hereunder,” “hereof,” “herein,” or words of similar import shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement, as amended by this Agreement. Except as specifically amended above, the Credit Agreement, and all other Financing Documents (and all covenants, terms, conditions and agreements therein), shall remain in full force and effect, and are hereby ratified and confirmed in all respects by each Borrower.

  • License Agreement The Trust shall have the non-exclusive right to use the name "Invesco" to designate any current or future series of shares only so long as Invesco Advisers, Inc. serves as investment manager or adviser to the Trust with respect to such series of shares.
