Reference to Bond Ineffective After Bond Paid. Upon payment in full of the Bond (or provision for payment thereof having been made in accordance with the defeasance provisions of the Bond Resolution), all references in this Lease to the Bond and the Holder shall be ineffective, and the owner of the Bond shall not thereafter have any rights hereunder, saving and excepting those that shall have theretofore vested. For purposes of this Lease the Bond shall be deemed fully paid if it is defeased as provided in the Bond Resolution.
