Reference to Clauses and other provisions are references to Clauses and other provisions of this Agreement and any reference to any sub-provision is, unless otherwise stated, a reference to a sub- provision of the provision in which the reference appears.

Reference to Clauses. Exhibits and annexures are references to clauses, exhibits and annexures of or to this Agreement.

Reference to Clauses sub-clauses, paragraphs, Schedules and Recitals are to Clauses, sub-clauses, paragraphs, schedules and recitals of and to this Agreement.

Reference to Clauses and Schedules are to clauses and schedules of either the RBLA or this Second Amendment, as stated in the text of this Second Amendment. The headings to the Clauses in this Second Amendment are for convenience only and have no legal effect.
