Reference to Legislation. Wherever legislation (both federal and provincial) is specifically referred to in this Agreement, failure of the College or the Faculty Association to abide by the conditions of such legislation shall be subject to the grievance and arbitration procedures of this Agreement.

Reference to Legislation. References in this Plan of Arrangement to any statute or sections thereof will include such statute as amended or substituted and any regulations promulgated thereunder from time to time in effect.
