Reference to the Effect on the Loan Documents (a) As of the date hereof, each reference in the Credit Agreement to “this Agreement,” “hereunder,” “hereof,” “herein,” or words of like import, and each reference in the other Loan Documents to the Credit Agreement (including, without limitation, by means of words like “thereunder”, “thereof” and words of like import), shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement as modified hereby, and this Amendment and the Credit Agreement shall be read together and construed as a single instrument.
Reference to and Effect on the Transaction Documents (a) Upon the effectiveness of this Amendment, (i) each reference in the Credit Agreement to “this Credit Agreement”, “this Agreement”, “hereunder”, “hereof”, “herein” or words of like import shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement as amended or otherwise modified hereby, and (ii) each reference to the Credit Agreement in any other Transaction Document or any other document, instrument or agreement executed and/or delivered in connection therewith, shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement as amended or otherwise modified hereby.
Reference to the Effect on the Credit Agreement Upon the effectiveness of this Agreement, each reference in the Credit Agreement to “this Agreement,” “hereunder,” “hereof,” “herein,” or words of similar import shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement, as amended by this Agreement. Except as specifically amended above, the Credit Agreement, and all other Financing Documents (and all covenants, terms, conditions and agreements therein), shall remain in full force and effect, and are hereby ratified and confirmed in all respects by each Borrower.
Reference to and Effect on the Loan Agreement (a) Upon the effectiveness of Section 1 hereof, each reference in the Loan Agreement to “this Agreement”, “hereunder”, “hereof”, “herein” or words of like import shall mean and be a reference to the Loan Agreement as amended hereby.
Reference to and Effect on the Agreement 3.1 On and after the Amendment Effective Date, each reference to “this Agreement,” “hereunder,” “hereof,” “herein,” or words of like import shall mean and be a reference to the Agreement as amended hereby. No reference to this Amendment need be made in any instrument or document at any time referring to the Agreement, a reference to the Agreement in any of such instrument or document to be deemed to be a reference to the Agreement as amended or integrated hereby.
Reference to and Effect on the Loan Documents (a) Upon and after the effectiveness of this Amendment, each reference in the Credit Agreement to “this Agreement”, “hereunder”, “hereof” or words of like import referring to the Credit Agreement, and each reference in the other Loan Documents to “the Credit Agreement”, “thereof” or words of like import referring to the Credit Agreement, shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement as modified and amended hereby.
Reference to and Effect on the Indenture This Supplemental Indenture shall be construed as supplemental to the Indenture and all the terms and conditions of this Supplemental Indenture shall be deemed to be part of the terms and conditions of the Indenture. Except as set forth herein, the Indenture heretofore executed and delivered is hereby (i) incorporated by reference in this Supplemental Indenture and (ii) ratified, approved and confirmed.
Effect on the Loan Agreement (a) Upon the effectiveness of Section 2 hereof, each reference in the Loan Agreement to "this Agreement," "hereunder," "
Effect on the Agreement Except as specifically amended or waived by this Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. The term "Agreement" used in the Agreement shall mean the Agreement as amended hereby.
Reference to and Effect on the Credit Agreement (a) Upon the effectiveness hereof, each reference to the Credit Agreement in the Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby.
