Reference to the Parties. Save as required by law or any regulatory body, neither of the Parties shall make any announcement, public statements or press releases of any kind in relation to the Confidential Information disclosed to it by the other of the Project nor shall they mention the name of the other Party in connection with the Project or disclose the existence of the Project or the existence of this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other Party.
Reference to the Parties. Clauses in the Consortium Agreement that apply to all Parties refer to the listed entities as Party or Parties.
Reference to the Parties in these rules of procedure shall be made in accordance with the definition provided for in Article 104 of the Agreement, namely Botswana, Lesotho , Namibia, South Africa, Swaziland and Mozambique (‘the SADC EPA States’), of the one part and the EU Party (meaning the European Union or its Member States or the European Union and its Member States, having regard to their respective areas of competence), of the other part.
Reference to the Parties. Unless otherwise defined herein, the reference to the Parties covers the reference to the Party and/or Parties that in accordance with the Oil & Gas Law, other laws and applicable acts shall perform their obligations.
Reference to the Parties. Whenever used in this Agreement, references to “the other Party”, “each Party”, “the Parties”, should mean a reference to Nutreco on the one hand and Stolt B.V. on the other hand, Nutreco or Stolt B.V. or Nutreco and Stolt B.V., respectively , as appropriate, unless the context requires otherwise.
