Other Laws. Section 3.4.
Other Laws. In addition to the above, our partner companies are expected to comply with any and all laws and regulations, including those affecting the manufacturing, pricing, sales, and the domestic and international importation and distribution of products.
Other Laws has the meaning given such term in Section 3.1(q) of this Agreement.

Examples of Other Laws in a sentence

  • To the extent that any of the matters upon which I am opining herein are governed by laws ("Other Laws") other than the laws identified in the preceding sentence, I have assumed with your permission and without independent verification or investigation as to the reasonableness of such assumption, that such Other Laws and judicial interpretation thereof do not vary in any respect material to this opinion from the corresponding laws of the State of New York and judicial interpretations thereof.

  • Labor laws means the following labor laws and E.O.s:

  • Anticorruption Laws means the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended and any other anticorruption or anti-bribery Applicable Law applicable to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • OFAC Laws means any laws, regulations, and executive orders relating to the economic sanctions programs administered by OFAC, including the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, 50 U.S.C. sections 1701 et seq.; the Trading with the Enemy Act, 50 App. U.S.C. sections 1 et seq.; and the Office of Foreign Assets Control, Department of the Treasury Regulations, 31 C.F.R.   • Anti-Corruption Laws means all laws, rules, and regulations of any jurisdiction applicable to the Borrower or its Subsidiaries from time to time concerning or relating to bribery or corruption.

  • Requirements of Laws means any foreign, federal, state and local laws, statutes, regulations, rules, codes or ordinances enacted, adopted, issued or promulgated by any Governmental Body (including, without limitation, those pertaining to electrical, building, zoning, environmental and occupational safety and health requirements) or common law.
