Referenced Standards, Policies and Specifications. Except as otherwise specified in the Contract Documents or directed by TxDOT, material and workmanship specified by the number, symbol or title of any standard established by reference to a described publication governing the D&C Work prior to the Project Final Acceptance Date shall comply with the latest edition thereof (including amendments or supplements thereto) in effect on the Proposal Due Date.
