References to Price Services. Each Fund agrees not to circulate any printed matter which contains any reference to Price Services without the prior approval of Price Services, excepting solely such printed matter that merely identifies Price Services as agent of the Fund. The Fund will submit printed matter requiring approval to Price Services in draft form, allowing sufficient time for review by Price Services and its legal counsel prior to any deadline for printing.
