References to the Agreement. From and after the execution of this Amendment, all references in the Agreement to "this Agreement," "hereof," "herein" and similar terms shall mean or refer to the Agreement, as amended by this Amendment, and all references in other documents to the Agreement shall mean the Agreement, as amended by this Amendment.
