References to the Agreement. After giving effect to this Amendment, each reference in the Agreement to “this Agreement”, “hereof”, “hereunder” or words of like import referring to the Agreement and each reference in the Merger Agreement to this Agreement as a “Support Agreement” shall refer to the Agreement as amended by this Amendment. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Amendment, references in the Agreement to “the date hereof”, the “date of this Agreement” or similar formulations of like import shall refer to December 20, 2013.
