Referral Fee. In addition to the slotting fee, InsWeb shall pay to Yahoo a referral fee equal to $0.10 per Click-through less total Error Pages. Payments of the referral fee are due and payable within fifteen (15) days of Yahoo's quarterly invoice to InsWeb.
