Common use of REFERRAL OF UNRESOLVED MATTERS TO EXECUTIVE OFFICERS Clause in Contracts

REFERRAL OF UNRESOLVED MATTERS TO EXECUTIVE OFFICERS. If the Joint Steering Committee is unable to resolve any matter referred to it under Section 10.2 within thirty (30) days after the matter is referred to it, the matter shall be referred to the Executive Officers to be resolved by negotiation in good faith as soon as is practicable but in no event later than thirty (30) days after referral. Such resolution, if any, of a referred issue by the Executive Officers shall be final and binding on the Parties.
