Referral of Unresolved Matters to Senior Executives. In the event that the Parties are unable to resolve a dispute within fifteen (15) days from the date such dispute is first brought to the other Party’s attention, the matter shall be referred to a senior executive of each Party to be resolved by negotiation in good faith as soon as is practicable but in no event later than thirty (30) days after referral.
