DISTRICT may refer students, as determined by the DISTRICT, with suspected 25 educationally-related mental health needs arising from a qualifying IDEA disability to the COUNTY for 26 mental health assessment within ten days of DISTRICT's receipt of signed consent from the 27 parent/guardian, and the COUNTY will process and complete the assessment within the IDEA timeline.
