Common use of Referrals to the SRO Clause in Contracts

Referrals to the SRO. Maintaining order in the school environment and investigating and responding to school discipline matters shall be the responsibility of the school administration. School administrators are expected to adhere to the student discipline procedures outlined in applicable state and federal law and Board policies.
