Referred Debts Due and Owing. The Client warrants to ADR that all Referred Debts are, at the time of referral to ADR, due, owing and payable to the Client, and that the Client is not aware of any circumstances that may give rise to a sustainable defence, counter-claim, or set-off in relation to any Referred Debts.

If a notice of error involves an electronic fund transfer that occurred within thirty (30) days after the first deposit to the account was made, the error involves a new account. For errors involving new accounts, point ofsale debit card transactions, or foreign-initiated transactions, we may take up to ninety (90) days to investigate your complaint or question. For new accounts, we may take up to twenty (20) business days to credit your account for the amount you think is in error. We will tell you the results within three (3) business days after completing our investigation. If we decide that there was no error, we will send you a written explanation. You may ask for copies of the documents that we used in our investigation.

  • Assumption of Tariff Obligations Interconnection Customer agrees to abide by all rules and procedures pertaining to generation and transmission in the PJM Region, including but not limited to the rules and procedures concerning the dispatch of generation or scheduling transmission set forth in the Tariff, the Operating Agreement and the PJM Manuals.
