Refined Product Sold by Related Party. If Raw Product or Intermediate Product is distributed to a Related Party where such Raw Product or Intermediate Product is converted by or for such Related Party into Refined Product which is then sold, such sale shall be deemed to be a sale by AEM for the purposes of making the calculations in this Section and the revenues from such sale shall be deemed to have been received by AEM.
