Reflective Conversations. i. Reflective Conversations are an opportunity for the Facilitator and the Practitioner to review evidence (including, but not limited to: student work, student assessments, lesson plans, professional reflections, etc.) not generated by a classroom formal or informal observation and identify next steps.
