Common use of Refund for an authorized payment Clause in Contracts

Refund for an authorized payment. (1) In case of a payment initiated by a payee under SEPA Direct Debit Service as a result of which the Client’s Account has been debited, the Client is entitled to request from us a Refund of the amount debited without being required to provide us any reasons or explanation to its request. Such request for Refund must be made within eight weeks starting from the date on which the Client’s Account was debited. We shall restore the balance of the Client’s Account to what it would have been before the payment under the SEPA Direct Debit.
