REFUNDS AND CLAIMS. The Issuer will refund a claim by the Cardholder, for a debit incorrectly or erroneously applied, brought to the notice of the Issuer, only after an independent investigation is conducted and the Issuer is satisfied that such claims are verifiable. The cardholder shall not base a claim against the Issuer on another claim against a third-party, unless there is a pre-existing legal right to that effect.
REFUNDS AND CLAIMS. 9.1 We will credit your account with a re- fund for any transaction or incorrect debit to your account in which you have protested against, only after an inde- pendent investigation is conducted by us and we are satisfied that your claims are verifiable. You cannot use a claim you may have against someone else to make a claim against us, or refuse to pay us, unless you have a legal right to do so. You cannot transfer any rights against us to anyone else.
REFUNDS AND CLAIMS. (a) The supplier must refund to the recipient any overpayment by the recipient for GST.
(b) If a Party provides a payment for or any satisfaction of a claim or a right to claim under or in connection with this Agreement that gives rise to a liability for GST, the provider must pay, and indemnify the recipient on demand against, the amount of that GST.
(c) If a Party has a claim under or in connection with this Agreement for a cost on which that Party must pay an amount for GST, the claim is for the cost plus the amount for GST (except any amount for GST for which that Party is entitled to an input tax credit).
REFUNDS AND CLAIMS. The Bank will only refund for a transaction if the Bank receives a refund voucher or other similar refund verification. No claim by the cardholder against third party may be the subject of claim against the bank. The cardholder shall be deemed to have accepted the correctness in respect of any debit if the cardholder has not denied his/her liability of raised a query regarding a debit within 30 days of the transaction or 15 days of the account statement.
REFUNDS AND CLAIMS. We will only credit your Account with a refund for a Transaction if the retailer asks us to. You cannot use a claim you may have against someone else to make a claim against us or refuse to pay us, unless you have a legal right to do so. You cannot transfer any rights against us to anyone else.
