Refusal to Complete or Reversal of Transactions. All electronic transactions may be subject to verification. Servus Credit Union may refuse to complete or may reverse any electronic transaction for a reason or reasons determined by Servus Credit Union, acting reasonably, including but not limited to:
Refusal to Complete or Reversal of Transactions. Servus may refuse to complete or may reverse any Transaction if (a) the Transaction is one that cannot be processed by the Services; (b) the Transaction will result in an unauthorized overdraft of the Business Member's Accounts or will violate any provision of any other agreement made between the Business Member and Servus; (c) the Transaction requires a payment to a Third Party that does not accept the Transaction; or (d) there is an operational failure or malfunction in the Services.
