REFUSAL TO WORK WITH NON. UNION EMPLOYEES AND RECOGNITION OF LEGAL PICKET LINES (a) Refusal on the part of Union members to work with non-Union employees, pertaining to the bargaining unit, shall not be deemed to be a breach of this Agreement. In the event that any employee or group of employees intends to exercise this right, the Employer must first be served with written notice in advance of the exercise of the right. The written notice must be provided by the Union Office. (b) No employee shall be required to cross a legal picket line arising from a strike or lockout. For the purposes of this Article 3.02, "legal picket line" shall mean only a picket line expressly permitted under Section 65 of the Labour Relations Code. (c) The Union agrees whenever practicable to give the Employer advance notice of the probable implementation of picket lines which might affect the Employer's operation.
