Refuse Disposal. The Contractor is responsible to keep the work area clean of any rubble. All waste introduced and/or produced on the Employer’s premises by the Contractor for this contract is handled in accordance with the minimum requirements for the Handling & Disposal of Hazardous Waste in terms of Government Legislation as proclaimed by the Department of Water Affairs and Xxxxxxxx Xxx 0000 Ref: ISBN0621-16296-5. All refuse is disposed of at a registered dump site. There is no such dump site at Duvha.
