Region V Systems agrees to Sample Clauses

Region V Systems agrees to. 1. Contract with the selected service provider for the services explained in the RFQ and RFP. This Agreement is contingent upon the chosen service provider being able to enroll in the Region V Systems network of providers pursuant to the requirements identified in Neb. Admin. R. & Regs. Tit. 206, Ch.3, § 003.

Region V Systems agrees to. 1. Employ the Coordinator in a manner consistent with Region V Systems’ staffing plan and resources, and pursuant to Region V Systems’ terms and conditions of employment. Region V Systems is responsible for paying the Coordinator’s salary, benefits, worker’s compensation, and payroll taxes through Region V Systems’ payroll system. 2. Seek input from the County regarding the Coordinator’s job performance. 3. Assist with developing local policy and planning teams (“local teams”) in order to implement policies, practices, and programs to help reduce the number of individuals with a mental illness who are incarcerated. 4. Assist Lancaster County Department of Corrections (LCDC) and Lancaster County Community Corrections (LCCC) personnel with developing a clear and accurate process for identifying and reporting on the number of people (screening and assessment) with mental illness coming into the LCDC and into LCCC. 5. Assist local teams with establishing a process to collect baseline prevalence rates to inform policy and practice. 6. Assist local teams with conducting a comprehensive process analysis and services inventory to identify what exists, capacity needs, and what is working. 7. Assist local teams with prioritizing policy, practice, and funding improvements. 8. Assist local teams with developing a process to monitor the completion of short-term, intermediate, and long-term goals to show evidence of accomplishments and to track progress on Stepping Up Initiative key measures. 9. Provide regular updates and data reports on planning and implementation efforts on Stepping Up Initiative key measures to community stakeholders/local teams. 10. Collaborate with LCCC to integrate the priorities and recommendations from the Sequential Intercept Mapping (SIM) Project, the Best Practices Implementation Academy (BPA) with Stepping Up Initiative national framework, and assist local teams with developing comprehensive, locally based strategic plans. 11. Participate in monthly Stepping Up Initiative conference calls and webinars in order to identify best practices and strategies to assist local teams with achieving desired system outcomes.
