Regional TAM Scope of Services. 3.1. A Regional TAM will work on-site for three (3) consecutive days per quarter. Customer must schedule the on- site days at least two (2) weeks in advance. The Regional TAM will also be available by phone and email during regular business hours up to eight (8) hours per week. 3.2. There may be up to a six- (6-) month waiting period before Axon assigns a Regional TAM to Customer, depending upon the availability of a Regional TAM. 3.3. The purchase of Regional TAM Services includes two (2) complimentary Axon Accelerate tickets per year of the Agreement, so long as the TAM has started work at Customer and Customer is current on all payments for the Regional TAM Service. 3.4. The Regional TAM service options are listed below:
