Common use of Regions Clause in Contracts

Regions. The dividing lines for these regions shall be 1-20 and Roswell Road, 1-75. The Northeast area shall be designated as Region 1, Southeast as Region 2, Southwest as Region 3, and Norhtwest as Region 4. Group II. This group shall consist of all other stores under the juris­ diction of this Agreement further grouped according to the county in which they are located. In the event of a layoff for lack of work of a full time employee in Group 1, seniority shall be applied as follows:
