Register of Warrants (1) The Warrant Agent shall maintain records and accounts concerning the Warrants, whether certificated or uncertificated, which shall contain the information called for below with respect to each Warrant, together with such other information as may be required by law or as the Warrant Agent may elect to record. All such information shall be kept in one set of accounts and records which the Warrant Agent shall designate (in such manner as shall permit it to be so identified as such by an unaffiliated party) as the register of the holders of Warrants. The information to be entered for each account in the register of Warrants at any time shall include (without limitation):
Transfers of Registered Notes 2.1 Transfers of interests in Registered Global Notes Transfers of beneficial interests in Registered Global Notes will be effected by Euroclear or Clearstream, Luxembourg, as the case may be, and, in turn, by other participants and, if appropriate, indirect participants in such clearing systems acting on behalf of transferors and transferees of such interests. Registration and Registration of Transfer of Residual Certificates (a) Xxxxxx Mae shall cause to be kept at the office or agency to be maintained by it pursuant to Section 5.05 hereof, a register (the “Certificate Register”) in which, subject to such reasonable regulations as it may prescribe, Xxxxxx Xxx shall provide for the registration of the Residual Certificates and the registration of transfers of the Residual Certificates. Xxxxxx Mae hereby initially appoints State Street Bank and Trust Company at its Corporate Trust Office as Certificate Registrar and Transfer Agent for the purpose of registration of the Residual Certificates and transfers thereof, as provided herein.
