Registered Users. By registering for an account on the Website, you represent and warrant that you (1) are the age of majority in your jurisdiction or, (2) are over the age of 14 and have the express permission of a legal guardian to become a Registered User and use Services made available to Registered Users, and you further agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of these Master Terms and any applicable Additional Terms. The Organizer of IWIC 2024 reserves the right to modify or discontinue the accounts of Registered Users and related Services at any time. The Organizer of IWIC 2024 disclaims any and all liability to Registered Users.
Registered Users. Licensee shall provide and maintain a list of registered users that may be contacted by CUSI in support of this Agreement. Licensee may amend the list of registered users at any time by providing written notice to CUSI.
Registered Users. The Subscriber may grant remote access to registered users (“Registered Users”) from the Czech Republic only, who may access the Subscribed Products for non-commercial purposes via the separate IP address indicated by Subscriber on Schedule 2 and/or delegated authentication mechanism, identified on Schedule 2, requiring at least two different credential. Each Registered User shall sign a Registered User agreement. The Registered User agreement shall include the below texts. The Subscriber shall make available Registered Users’ records directly relating to this Agreement. Such records shall be open one time per year during business hours, on giving 30 days’ notice to the Subscriber for inspection by Elsevier at the premises of Subscriber.
Registered Users. In order to access or use certain Services you must become a "Registered User" by creating an account (an "Account") and choosing a password that you will use to access your Account. By registering, you represent and warrant to the Company that all registration and other information you submit to or through the App and Site is truthful, accurate, current and complete, and you agree to immediately provide corrected information if any of the submitted information shall no longer be truthful, accurate, current and complete. You further represent and warrant that your use of the App, Site and the Services does not violate any applicable laws, rules or regulations. Without limiting any of SMBX's other available legal remedies, if you provide any registration or other information that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, or SMBX has reasonable grounds to suspect that such is the case, SMBX may immediately, and without notice to you, suspend or terminate your Account and refuse any and all use by you of the App, Site and the Services. Your registration on the App, Site and your use of the App, Site and the Services are void where prohibited. You are solely responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of your password and for any and all use of your Account and password, whether or not authorized by you. Although SMBX will not be liable for any of your losses that are caused by any unauthorized use of your Account, you may be liable for the losses of SMBX or others due to such unauthorized use. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account or unauthorized access to your password, please contact SMBX immediately at xxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx. You do not have the right to transfer your Account to any individual or entity and SMBX reserves the right to remove or reclaim your Account if SMBX determines, in its sole discretion, that such action is appropriate under the circumstances. You agree that you will not create an Account for any individual other than yourself (or, if applicable, the entity you represent). As a Registered User, you agree that SMBX may electronically provide you (via email or postings or links on the App or Site) with invoices, documents, notices and other communications regarding the App, Site, the Services and/or your use thereof, as well as special offers, promotions, commercial advertisements, marketing materials, etc. You agree that SMBX may send the foregoing communications to you via your Account or any email address(es) which you prov...
Registered Users. The Registered Users acknowledge the contents of this Agreement and agree to comply with the obligations herein. For the avoidance of doubt the Registered Users are not a party to this Agreement.
Registered Users. 4.12.1 If You apply to become a Registered User You will be asked to read and to agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement as part of the registration process. If –
4.12.1.1 You are prepared to agree to them, then press the 'accept' or 'agree' or 'yes' (or similar) button and by pressing it You agree to the terms and conditions in this Agreement and to be bound by them. All business that You do with Innervation will be subject to this Agreement including as it may be amended in terms of clause 4.5;
4.12.1.2 You do not want to agree to them, then press the 'reject' or 'do not agree' or 'no' (or similar) button and by pressing it the registration process will be terminated and You will not be registered as a Registered User and will not be able to do any Registered User related business with Innervation.
4.12.2 Innervation will retain a copy of the version of the Agreement by which You are bound from time to time. You may request a copy of this from Innervation at any time.
4.12.3 Innervation reserves the right, at any time and from time to time, without prior notice to close any Registered User account if Innervation forms the opinion that that it is a threat to the security or operation of the systems of Innervation or is disruptive to or causes harassment of any other Registered User.
Registered Users. Any restrictions on the number of Registered Users who may use and access the Products and Services shall be expressly stated in the applicable Schedule. In absence of such restrictions, there shall be deemed no limit on the number of Registered Users. In the event of such restrictions: [SPE Internal: Client OK] Company may from time to time request to de-register particular Registered Users which Service Provider shall do promptly, in which case such users shall no longer count toward any limit on Registered Users, and the Fees shall be adjusted downwards as applicable. Company may from time to time request the addition of particular Registered Users, which Service Provider shall do promptly. If the addition of such additional Registered User does not exceed the limit on Registered Users, such Registered User shall be added at no additional cost. If the addition of such Registered User causes Company to exceed the limit on Registered Users, then Company shall not be in breach of this Agreement so long as Company pays to Service Provider, in accordance with the payment terms specified in Section 7 herein, the lesser of: (a) the Fee for Additional Registered Users stated in the applicable Schedule, or if the Fee for Additional Registered Users is not stated, (b) the pro-rated portion of the User Fees equal to one Additional User. This Agreement supersedes any so-called "shrink-wrap," “click-through,” or other form of license agreement which may be packaged with the Products or which may appear on a Website. The Documentation may be copied in whole or in part, in printed or machine-readable form, for use by Company and , its Affiliates and the Registered Users.
Registered Users. The eduroam identity provider must provide BELNET with contact details of two or more registered technical contacts or ‘registered users’ who are mandated by the CUSTOMER to technically manage and operate the SERVICE at their institution. These registered users have access to BELNET support services and are responsible to test, activate and communicate all necessary data regarding the SERVICE with BELNET. The registered user(s) are also responsible to handle all security issues. This may be the same person designated as the nominated registered user, or the SCP (Security Contact Person) as known in the “Internet Service Agreement” Participating organizations must notify BELNET in a timely manner of the following incidents:
1. security breaches
2. misuse or abuse
3. service faults
4. changes to access controls (e.g. permit or deny of a user or realm) The registered users and contacts of the CUSTOMER are mentioned in annex in this convention. Any changes to contact details must be notified to BELNET in a timely manner.
Registered Users. Upon entering into this Agreement and subject to the restrictions in Section 3(c) and the terms of Section 8 (b) below, Subscriber shall deliver to PTC the names of Subscriber’s Registered Users. During the Subscription Term, certain Registered Users (whom Subscriber has designated as having such authority) may, on behalf of Subscriber, request PTC to add or remove persons as Registered Users.
Registered Users. In addition to the flat fee described above, ---------------- X:drive will pay Snowball, on a monthly basis, the amounts described in Exhibit ------- G.
