Common use of Registration and Transfer of this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Registration and Transfer of this Agreement. (a) Until the Purchase Price and all interest thereon have been paid in full, the Registrar, on behalf of the County, shall maintain and keep at the offices of the Registrar, registration books for the registration and registration of transfer of ownership of this Agreement. The ownership of this Agreement may not be transferred or assigned, except upon the written approval of the County.
