Common use of Registration Data Clause in Contracts

Registration Data. In creating an Account and as applicable, you agree to (i) provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form, including contact information such as your email (the “Registration Data”); (ii) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete; (iii) consent to us using your Registration Data in any manner permitted under applicable law, including sharing it with third parties; and (iv) consent to receive electronic communications from us (e.g., via email or other means) regarding notices about your account and other promotional and marketing communications from us or third parties with whom we have shared your contact information. You represent that you are (A) at least eighteen (18) years old; and (B) not a person barred from using the Services under the laws of your place of residence or any other applicable jurisdiction.
