Equipment Installation Process. If Pilot includes leased Supported Endpoints with Voice Service or sells Customer Supported Endpoints directly, Pilot will assist the Customer with installation of the Supported Endpoints. Installation support is generally provided remotely as virtual installation but, at times and at Pilot’s sole discretion, may include Pilot, or its agent, coming onsite to the Customer’s office to install Pilot Equipment. If installation includes Pilot coming onsite, the Customer will be informed prior to placing a Service Order and will be provided with a specific date for the onsite installation. If installation support is provided as virtual installation, Customer will be provided with support documentation and a scheduled call with Pilot’s support team to walk through the virtual installation process. During the course of an onsite installation, Customer must provide access to numerous areas of the Service location. Customer agrees to provide all access deemed necessary by Pilot so that wiring, equipment, and any other hardware necessary for the usage of our Services may be installed. Our installers and technicians will not enter an office unless an adult at least eighteen (18) years of age or older is present. Any adult within Customer’s office may grant Pilot access to the premises and permission to perform the installation of our Services. Customer agrees that such person has all necessary authorization to grant access to Customer’s space. Customer agrees that Pilot may use any and all existing facilities necessary to aid in the installation of our Services including risers, conduits, shaft ways, and wiring in and around Customer’s service location.

Equipment Installation Process. Most commonly in the current environment, where managed services are employed, the customer premises equipment is initially provided by the vendor to state agencies, localities and schools, although those state agencies, localities and schools ultimately own the equipment. Going forward, and especially for prospective managed networks other than the Virginia State Police Managed IP-VPN, VITA anticipates that it may buy its own equipment directly from the manufacturer. Taking into account either scenario, Supplier’s Network Operations Center is responsible for configuring the equipment to a standard specification and, typically, sending the device to a local subcontractor for installation at the end-user agency. With these options in mind, provide a description of Supplier’s own staging, configuration and installation process for new IP VPN data equipment installations. Also describe how this process changes for expedite orders. Ensure that the description adequately describes complete system or device installations, as well as individual cards as part of a MACD (Moves, Adds, Changes, De-Installation) process.   • Equipment Installation In order to meet its obligations under this Agreement, a Party that owns, rents, or leases equipment (the equipment owner) may require installation of such equipment on property owned by another Party (the property owner), provided that the property is being used for an electric utility purpose and that the property owner shall not be required to do so if it would thereby be prevented from performing its own obligations or exercising its rights under this Agreement.

  • Delivery & Installation a) Subject to the conditions of the contract, the delivery of the goods and completion of the related services shall be in accordance with the delivery and completion schedule specified in the bidding document. The details of supply/ shipping and other documents to be furnished by the successful/ selected bidder are specified in the bidding document and/ or contract.

  • Software Installation The AGENCY shall request approval in writing from the COUNTY prior to installation of any software on COUNTY computer equipment. All software installations must be supervised by COUNTY technical support staff and proof of licensing is required. Upon completion, the AGENCY is responsible for reconfiguring the computers back to the original state.

  • Licenses for Permanent Installation The contractor must comply with all State mandatory licensing requirements prior to installation. Questions on licensing requirements should be directed to the State Licensing Board. Contractor must furnish and install all furniture and materials in compliance with all applicable codes, whether local, state, or federal; and that all permits or licenses required for installation will be obtained without cost to the State.

  • Life support equipment (a) If a person living at your premises requires life support equipment, you must register the premises with your retailer or with us. To register, you will need to give written confirmation from a registered medical practitioner of the requirement for life support equipment at the premises.

  • Delivery/Installation Instructions Due to the varying locations and circumstances involved in deliveries and installations, all deliveries and installations will be quoted on a project by project basis. All installation, labor, and or delivery charges must be shown as a separate line item on quotes and invoices. One of the following delivery methods must be specified on every Agency Purchase Order:

  • New Equipment Where new types of equipment and/or operations, for which rates of pay are not established by this Agreement, are put into use after the ratification date of this Agreement within operations covered by this Agreement, rates governing such operations shall be subject to negotiations between the parties. In the event agreement cannot be reached within sixty (60) days after the date such equipment is put into use, the matter may be submit- xxx to the National Grievance Committee for final disposition.   • Equipment Use Lessee agrees that the Equipment will be operated by competent, qualified personnel in connection with Lessee's business for the purpose for which the Equipment was designed and in accordance with applicable operating instructions, laws, and government regulations, and that Lessee shall use all reasonable precautions to prevent loss or damage to the Equipment from fire and other hazards. Lessee shall procure and maintain in effect all orders, licenses, certificates, permits, approvals, and consents required by federal, state, or local laws or by any governmental body, agency, or authority in connection with the delivery, installation, use, and operation of the Equipment.

  • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)
